Bizzimall manages order processing and delivery coordination.

5. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance.

• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until processed.

6. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.

• Bizzimall does not store full payment details.

7. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location and logistics factors.

• Bizzimall is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Accurate delivery details must be provided by the user.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which may be published separately.

• Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or regulatory reasons.

• Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the original payment method.

9. Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
